We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • The Service was unavailable or severely impaired for an extended period due to issues on our end.
  • You were incorrectly charged or charged twice for the same transaction.
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, and our support team was unable to resolve it.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase (except in exceptional circumstances).
  • You have already used a significant portion of your monthly translation quota.
  • The refund request is due to a change of mind after extensive use of the Service.
  • You violated our Terms and Conditions, resulting in account suspension.
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations — you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@dadatok.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused days in the current billing cycle.
